Nuestro misión es unir a todos los exalumnos de las distintas
promociones de todas las escuelas lasalianas en Panamá.

La asociación fue constituida como una Sociedad Civil el 26 de octubre de 1946 en Panamá, con duración perpetua y domicilio en el Colegio de La Salle de Panamá. Es una organización sin fines de lucro, formada por exalumnos de las escuelas cristianas De La Salle.
